Preciosa Bicones Beads 3mm - Olivine AB

I am only giving this review 3 stars maximum since I am still waiting to get a refund on my order because I was sent the wrong sized beads. 4 mm instead of 3 mm. I am sure they are lovely. The 4mm are after all. What is annoying me most is not the getting the wrong size - easy mistake to make when putting together a composite order- but the fact that the company has sent me a pre paid envelope to send the wrongs beads back but not yet refunded me for THEIR mistake a week later. Yes they are having to rely on my trust to send the wrong beads back , which I will absolutely do , but the converse of me sending back first should only happen if I was was the one who ordered incorrectly. I am disappointed by this and hope this is rectified very quickly.
