We aim to despatch your order within the same working day if your online order is received before 15:30. All phone orders need to be received by 15:00 to be sent the same day.

All U.K. orders are sent via Royal Mail using either their TRACKED 24 Hour or 48 Hour Service, but please note that these are pledges by Royal Mail and are thus reliant on their ability to deliver within the given timeframe. We are unable to control the timeframe of your order fulfilment once it has been handed over to them. If orders have not been received on time, please contact your local sorting office with the tracking number supplied to you. Orders received after 4pm Tuesday and Wednesday will be sent on Thursday. Temporarily suspend shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland

You may have heard about the new GPSR regulations coming into effect on 13th December 2024. The new regulations affect the movement of goods from England, Scotland, and Wales into the EU and Northern Ireland.

Unfortunately, this new regulation outlines some very costly and time-consuming rules, which is very difficult for smaller companies to implement.

We have had to make a very difficult and disappointing decision to temporarily suspend shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland as we are currently not able to implement the changes needed to comply with the new regulations.

Please rest assured that we are working hard to be able to find a suitable and affordable option that will allow us to restart sending orders to the EU and Northern Ireland.
